You can return any unopened, unused product with its packaging intact to us within 90 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.
If 90 days have gone by since you received your item/items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you need to cancel or change an order you’ll have to contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has begun processing your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Should you have any further questions about your order, please contact our friendly customer support team. We go the extra mile with our customers, and will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy with your order.
We replace your item if it's defective, damaged, have missing parts or if it’s not in its original condition when you receive it.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us by email. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you find a product is faulty, please contact our friendly customer support team and they will assist you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You can return your items at any time. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, if in any case you would like to return the item within our 90-days return Policy Window for the reason(s) stated below.
a. Accidental Order/Ordered by mistake
b. Changed your mind/Better Price Available
c. No longer wanted/needed
d. You do not like the item
On rare occasions, we will cover the shipping costs.
